Does the AI replace me — or help me?
It helps you. You take the calls you can and want — the AI is your backup, stepping in when you can’t take the call yourself because you’re up the ladder or in the van. You set the rules for when it answers, and you’re always in control.
What if the AI can’t answer a question?
Then it takes a message and passes it straight to you — it doesn’t make up answers. Urgent cases (e.g. a flooded basement) it escalates immediately by calling you or sending an SMS, so you can take over.
Does the AI understand my trade and Danish trade terms?
Yes. The AI voice is in Danish and trained on trade terminology for plumbing, electrical, carpentry and the other building trades. It understands whether something is urgent or planned, and it gradually learns your services and your way of saying things.
Can I keep my current phone number?
Yes. You keep your number. We set up forwarding so calls go either to the AI (when you don’t take them) or straight to you (when you’re ready). You set the rules yourself — e.g. always AI during working hours, or only when you don’t answer after a couple of rings.
How do I know what happened on a call?
Every call is transcribed, and you get a short summary by SMS afterwards — who called, what it was about, and what the AI arranged. It all sits together in the inbox on the right customer.
Can the AI and the chatbot book directly in my calendar?
Yes. Both can book a time or a site visit directly in your calendar — synced with Google and Outlook — and they only show the times when you’re actually free. The customer gets an automatic confirmation SMS.
Is it GDPR-safe to have calls recorded?
Yes. Calls are logged and transcribed, and the recording is automatically deleted after 90 days. Your database lives in the EU, and you can always export or delete a customer’s data.
What does the AI phone cost?
