Getting started

What you need to know before you create an account.

How long does it take to set up?

Under 30 minutes for a one-person business. We import your services from a previous quote, set up call forwarding, and you test the system with a call. Larger firms (5+ employees) typically spend 1-2 hours.

Do I have to pay anything to try it?

No. A 90-day free trial with no credit card. You can test it with real calls, create quotes and see whether it fits your business. If it doesn’t work out, there’s nothing to cancel.

What happens after the 90 days?

If you want to continue, you add a payment card. If you don’t, your account is deactivated automatically after a notice. You don’t lose your data — it’s kept in case you change your mind, and you can always export it.

Can I keep my existing phone number?

Yes, 100%. We set up forwarding so calls either go to the AI (when you’re out on the job) or straight to you (when you’re ready). You decide the rules.

Which trades is the platform built for?

Danish tradespeople — carpenter, plumber, electrician, painter, bricklayer, roofer, sewer, joiner, blacksmith, glazier, landscaper, paver, floor layer, sheet-metal worker and heat-pump installer. The language and flow fit a tradesperson’s working day.

How the AI phone works in practice — as your backup.

Does the AI replace me, or help me?

It helps you. You take the calls you can and want to yourself — the AI is your backup, stepping in when you’re up the ladder or in the van. You set the rules for when it answers.

Can the AI phone understand Danish construction terminology?

Yes. It’s trained on Danish construction terminology — rafters, battens, fuse groups, sealing work, boiler servicing and so on. It can both note material needs and ask qualifying questions.

What happens if the AI doesn’t understand the customer?

It takes a message and passes it on to you right away — or calls you back. It never makes up an answer and never gives the customer a useless reply.

Can the AI tell the difference between urgent and planned?

Yes. “Water in the basement” → urgent, the AI calls you directly. “We’d like a quote for a new kitchen” → planned, the AI books a site visit in your calendar.

Does the AI sound like a robot?

No. We use natural Danish voices. Customers usually don’t notice until they’re told. You can choose between several voices.

How many calls are included in the plans?

Solo with the voice add-on: 50 AI calls/mo. Pro: 200/mo. Enterprise: unlimited. If you exceed it, it costs 5 DKK/call — we never cut you off, so you don’t lose a customer.

Booking & calendar
Which calendars do you sync with?

Google Calendar, iCloud and Outlook (Microsoft 365). Two-way sync — what you book in the platform appears in your calendar, and your own appointments block time in the platform. Private appointments stay private.

Can customers book on my website themselves?

Yes. You get a booking link for your website, Google Business, Facebook or Instagram. The customer picks a time and fills in a short form, and you get an SMS.

Can I control which times are available?

Yes. You set working hours, breaks, holidays and “urgent-only” windows. The AI respects the rules both on the phone and in online booking.

What if the customer can’t make it after all?

The customer gets an SMS link where they can reschedule or cancel themselves within your available times. If they cancel, the slot is freed up automatically.

Quotes & invoicing
How quickly can the AI create a quote?

Typically 60-90 seconds from your site-visit notes. You dictate while you walk around the site, and the quote is ready before you drive home. It’s built on your own prices.

Does the system send invoices to the customer automatically?

No — never behind your back. When the customer accepts the quote, an invoice draft is created with VAT, payment terms and account number. You review it, approve it and send it yourself.

Which accounting systems do you integrate with?

Direct API to Dinero, Billy and e-conomic — invoices and receipts are posted when you approve. If you use a different system, we send receipts as email to your accounting inbox. We’re not an accounting system ourselves — we sit on top of yours.

Do you keep track of reminders?

Yes, if you want. Automatic reminders can be turned on (they’re off by default, so you control the tone). You see overdue invoices and can send a reminder in one tap — via your accounting system or a friendly message from us.

Can I invoice large jobs in instalments?

Yes. You can take a deposit and invoice on account in instalments along the way. A paid deposit is deducted automatically from the final invoice, so you never double-charge.

All prices are excl. VAT.

What does it cost to use the platform?

Solo: 995 DKK/mo (796 DKK/mo with yearly billing) — for one-person businesses. Pro: 1,995 DKK/mo — up to 5 employees. Enterprise: 3,995 DKK/mo — larger firms. All plans come with a 90-day free trial.

What does an extra employee cost?

Solo: +79 DKK/mo. Pro: +59 DKK/mo. Enterprise: +49 DKK/mo per extra user. Pro is priced low on extra users, so you can grow from 5 to 10-15 employees without changing plan.

Is there a setup fee or hidden costs?

No. You only pay the monthly price. We don’t charge for setup, support or updates. If you use more SMS or calls than your quota, it’s billed at 0.49 DKK/SMS and 5 DKK/call.

Can I cancel whenever I want?

Yes. No lock-in. The cancellation runs until the end of the current billing period, you export your data, and the account is permanently deleted after a deadline.

Do I get a discount for yearly billing?

Yes. 20% off all plans with yearly prepayment.

Security & data
Where do you store my data?

With Supabase in the EU (Ireland). We comply with GDPR, and data is never exported outside the EU/EEA without explicit consent. You can always pull everything out as CSV or JSON.

Do I own my customer data?

Yes, 100%. You export everything whenever you want, and when you cancel, the data is deleted after a deadline. We don’t hold your customers hostage.

Are my calls recorded?

AI calls are transcribed so you can review them, and the recording is deleted automatically after 90 days. You can turn off recording if you prefer.

Can other companies see my data?

No. Every table in the database is protected with Row-Level Security that locks your data to your company. It’s technically impossible for another company to read it.

Do you use my data to train AI?

No. Your customer, quote and invoice data are never used for AI training.

Integrations
Can I scan a wholesaler receipt?

Yes. Take a photo of the receipt from e.g. Sanistal, Stark or XL-Byg — the AI reads the invoice number, date, VAT and line items and posts it to your accounting when you approve. It works with any wholesaler.

Can I send SMS directly from the platform?

Yes. Every plan has an SMS quota (Solo: 200/mo, Pro: 1,000/mo, Enterprise: 3,000/mo). If you exceed it, it costs 0.49 DKK/SMS — we don’t block the message.

Can I export payroll to my payroll system?

Yes. Approved hours and mileage are exported to Danløn, Salary.dk, DataLøn or Zenegy — or as CSV to anything else.

Can I move data from my current job-management system?

Yes. We import via CSV, so you can move customers and data in. If you’re missing a specific connection, we can often hook it up via Zapier or Make — just ask us.
