The same applies wherever you come from. The difference is whether we can fetch it with an API key or it comes from a file.

Via API = fetched with your API key. File = export from your current system and import as Excel or CSV.
The import has been tested with our own test files, built like the export files we know. We have not yet run a real export file from Apacta, Ordrestyring or Minuba through it. Feel free to send us your file before you switch, and we will look at it with you.
How the import works
You see what happens before anything is saved.
- You see it before it is savedThe app guesses which columns in the file are name, address, price and status. You correct it before anything is saved.
- Run it again without duplicatesIf you import the same file twice, jobs, quotes and invoices are not duplicated.
- You choose the VATThe app asks whether the prices in the file include or exclude VAT. It does not guess for you.
- Customers from your accountingIf you use e-conomic, Dinero or Billy, customers can also be fetched from there instead of from the old system.
- Excel, CSV and imagesJobs, quotes, invoices and hours are imported from Excel or CSV. Customer lists can also be read by AI from a PDF or a photo.

The first 90 days are free, and you sign up without a payment card. You can run the new system alongside the old one until you feel confident.

How long does it take to move?
It depends on how much you have and how tidy the file is. The import itself is quick. What takes time is looking through it afterwards. Book an onboarding call and we will give you an honest estimate based on your file.
Can I come from a spreadsheet?
Yes. Choose "CSV / Spreadsheet" in Import. The app guesses the columns, and you correct them before anything is saved.
What does it cost to get help?
If you want us to set it up and import your data with you, onboarding help costs 2,995 DKK excl. VAT, once. It is free if you pay yearly and are 3 or more people.
Do I have to stop using my old system straight away?
No. You can run both during the trial and move when you are ready. Check your notice period in the agreement with your current system yourself.
What happens to my data if I stop again?
Your data is yours. You can export it, and if you stop, it is kept for 12 months in case you want to start again.
