Cookie policy

1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files that are stored on your device when you visit a website. The same applies to similar technologies such as localStorage, sessionStorage and tracking pixels. In this policy, we call all of it "cookies".
2. Your choice
The first time you visit our website, we ask whether you want to allow cookies for statistics and marketing. Nothing is switched on in advance, and "Only necessary" is just as easy to choose as "Accept all". Under "Customise" you can choose each category separately.
You can change or withdraw your consent at any time, just as easily as you gave it: . The link is also at the bottom of all our pages. If you withdraw your consent, we stop using the cookies in question and delete the ones we have set ourselves. We ask you to decide again after 12 months.
We record your choice (which categories, the time and the version of the text) together with your IP address and browser type, so that we can document the consent.

Necessary and functional (do not require consent)

Statistics (only with your consent)
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the website is used. The Google Analytics script is only loaded once you have accepted statistics. Provider: Google Ireland Ltd.

Marketing (only with your consent)
We use Google Ads to measure whether our ads lead to sign-ups, and our own cookies to see which campaign or partner a new customer came from. None of it is loaded or set until you have accepted marketing. We currently do not use Meta Pixel.

Transfer to the USA
Google may process data in the USA. The transfer takes place on the basis of the European Commission's decision on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, under which Google is certified, and otherwise the EU's standard contractual clauses.
4. Chatbot widget on your website
When you install our chatbot widget on your website, the widget uses sessionStorage to store an anonymous session ID. This:
- Is deleted automatically when the browser tab is closed
- Contains no personal data
- Is only used to keep the conversation history intact during the visit
- Sets no cookies on visitors' devices
5. Customer portal, employee app and customer links
Inside the platform (the customer portal, the employee app) and on the links our customers send to their own customers (quotes, invoices, projects and more), we only use necessary cookies. We use no statistics or marketing cookies there.
6. Browser settings
You can also delete and block cookies in your browser. Note that blocking necessary cookies can prevent you from logging in and using the platform.
