Affiliate terms

1. Parties

The agreement is entered into between Online Erhverv ApS (CVR DK43216163) and you as an affiliate partner. By creating an affiliate account, you accept these terms.

2. Who can become a partner?

• You must be of legal age (18+) or a legal entity (company)
• You must have a Danish CVR number or an equivalent tax ID in your country
• You must be able to issue an invoice or receive a payout lawfully
• You may not be a direct competitor of Online Erhverv

3. Commission

The commission is 20% of the amount the customer has actually paid to Online Erhverv, excluding VAT, for 12 months counted from the customer's first paid invoice. There are no tiers or bonus rates; the rate is the same for all partners, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

The commission is earned when:

• The customer signs up via your link or your partner code
• You were approved as a partner when the customer came via your link
• The customer pays an invoice. The trial period is free for the customer and therefore gives no commission; the 12 months only start at the customer's first paid invoice

This means, among other things:

• The commission is calculated on what the customer actually pays: discounts and credits are deducted, and VAT does not count
• If the customer pays for a year at a time, you get commission on the whole annual payment, if it is paid within the 12 months
• If the customer cancels, the commission stops, because no more payments come in
• If a payment is refunded, the commission on it is deducted again, also if it has already been paid out (it is then set off against the next payout)
• Payments after the 12 months give no commission

The commission goes to the partner whose link or partner code the customer signs up with. Self-referral (for example your own company or a company you own) gives no commission, and misuse can lead to termination (section 8).

4. Payout

• Frequency: Monthly, around the 1st of the month, for payments received up to and including the previous month
• Minimum: DKK 500. Amounts below this are carried over to the next month
• Method: Bank transfer to the account you specify in your settings. If you change the account, you must have logged in within the last 15 minutes, and we send a receipt to your email
• Invoice: Online Erhverv generates a settlement statement. If you are VAT-registered, you must issue an invoice yourself before payout.
• Large amounts: Single payouts over DKK 25,000 are reviewed manually before transfer

4a. Your partner account

You log in with your email: we send a login link, which works for 15 minutes and only once. Your partner code is not a password; it is in your links and may be shared. Do not share your login links with anyone else.

5. Tax

As an affiliate, you are independently responsible for reporting and paying tax on your income. Online Erhverv does not withhold tax at source for Danish partners. For partners outside Denmark, special rules may apply; contact us if you are in doubt.

6. Marketing rules

You may:

• Promote Online Erhverv via your own website, blog, social media, email lists and paid advertising
• Use official banners, logos and texts from the affiliate portal
• Write your own reviews and recommendations

You may not:

• Give misleading or untrue information about Online Erhverv
• Use spam, unsolicited email or automated messages
• Bid on our own brand keywords ("Online Erhverv", "onlineerhverv.dk" and others) in Google Ads
• Create domains or social media accounts that imitate Online Erhverv
• Make self-conversions or use false data
• Breach the Danish Marketing Practices Act (markedsføringsloven), the GDPR or other legislation

7. Cookie and GDPR responsibility

If your promotion uses cookies or other tracking, you must yourself comply with the Danish Cookie Order (cookiebekendtgørelsen) and the GDPR towards your visitors, including consent to cookies and the processing of personal data. Online Erhverv only provides the referral link and pixel; the actual implementation on your platform is your responsibility.

8. Termination

Either party can terminate the agreement at any time with immediate effect. Commission earned up to the date of termination is paid out as normal. Online Erhverv can terminate without notice in the event of breach of these terms, fraud or misuse.

9. Processing of personal data

We process your partner information (name, email, CVR, bank details, conversions) to administer the affiliate programme and pay out commission. The legal basis is contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)) and legal obligation (the Danish Bookkeeping Act, bogføringsloven). Data is kept for 5 years after the last payout under the Danish Bookkeeping Act. 10. Liability

Online Erhverv's total liability towards an affiliate is limited to unpaid earned commission. We are not liable for indirect loss, loss of profit or consequential damage.

11. Governing law

The agreement is governed by Danish law. Disputes are settled by the Copenhagen City Court (Københavns Byret) as the court of first instance.

12. Changes

We can change these terms with 30 days' notice. Material changes are notified by email. If you do not accept the change, you can terminate the agreement.

Change as of 2026-10-06: The previous version (2026-04-09) gave 15% of the customer's monthly subscription (MRR) in the first 12 months of the subscription. Now the rate is 20% of what the customer actually pays excluding VAT, and the 12 months are counted from the customer's first paid invoice instead of from sign-up.
