We send real invoices to real customers. So we build thoroughly and test for real — not “it should work”. Quality isn’t up for negotiation.
No long meetings about meetings. You have real responsibility from day one, decisions are made quickly, and you don’t need to ask permission to do the right thing.
We don’t over-promise — not to customers and not to each other. If something doesn’t work, we say so. It makes us faster and the team stronger.

TypeScript, Next.js, Postgres. You can take an idea from database to screen and care about keeping it simple for the user.
You love getting a tradesperson off to a strong start and keeping them. Patient, concrete and good on the phone.
You understand an owner, talk straight and can show the value without the fluff. Experience from the trade is a big plus.

No automation — a person reads it
An honest process with no filters or bot screening. We read every application ourselves.
A short email about who you are, what you’re good at, and why trades and AI pull at you. CV or GitHub/LinkedIn if you have them.
We have a conversation — no artificial cases. We want to understand how you think, and you should understand what you’re signing up for.
A realistic task from everyday work, paid if you like. Then we both know whether it’s a fit — better than ten interviews.
