Terms of use
Apply to the Online Erhverv platform (onlineerhverv.dk)
1. About the service
Online Erhverv ApS (CVR: DK43216163) provides an AI automation platform for small and medium-sized businesses. The platform includes an AI chatbot, a booking system, integrations with third-party systems, automatic reminders, reporting and industry-specific tools.
2. Entering into the agreement
When you create an account and complete payment, you enter into a binding agreement with Online Erhverv ApS. You confirm that you have read and accepted these terms.
Online Erhverv is a tool for businesses, and the agreement is entered into as a business agreement (B2B). The 14-day right of withdrawal under the Danish Consumer Contracts Act (forbrugeraftaleloven) therefore does not apply. In return, you can cancel your subscription freely at any time (see section 5), and you never pay for a period you have not ordered. You have a 90-day free trial to assess the platform first.
3. Subscription and prices
- The platform is offered as a subscription with a fixed price for the business plus a price per additional person, with a choice between monthly and annual payment. Current prices are always shown at onlineerhverv.dk/en/pricing
- Prices are shown in DKK excluding VAT. VAT (25%) is added automatically on the invoice
- New customers get a 90-day free trial. The trial does not require a payment card
- The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period until it is cancelled
- Additional people are invoiced per person according to the current price list. Apprentices and young workers may be free up to the number stated in the price list
4. Payment
- Payment is made via Stripe (credit card/debit card)
- If a payment fails, we automatically try again. After repeated failures, your account may be suspended
- You receive a receipt by email after each payment
5. Cancellation
- You can cancel your subscription at any time in the portal under Billing (Fakturering)
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
- If you cancel, you keep access for the rest of the paid period
- Data is deleted automatically within 12 months after the account is closed, unless legal requirements (for example the Danish Bookkeeping Act, bogføringsloven) prevent it. See the privacy policy for specific retention periods
6. Trial period
- The trial period is 90 days from the date the account is created
- You can cancel before the end of the trial period free of charge
- After the trial, the account is paused unless you choose to continue. Nothing is deleted
7. Your account and responsibility
- You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential
- You are responsible for all content you upload to the platform (FAQ answers, documents, images)
- You guarantee that you have the right to share the data you synchronise via integrations
- You may not use the platform for unlawful purposes
8. AI chatbot
- Your AI chatbot answers your customers based on the information you have configured (FAQ, services, opening hours, documents)
- AI answers are generated automatically and may contain inaccuracies. You are responsible for checking and maintaining your chatbot content
- We do not guarantee 100% uptime of the chatbot service
- The chatbot widget shows "Drevet af Online Erhverv" (Powered by Online Erhverv). This cannot be removed
9. Integrations
- You can connect third-party services (accounting, booking, messaging and others) to the platform
- We are not responsible for changes, outages or data quality from third parties
- Your integration credentials are encrypted with AES-256 and stored securely
- You can disconnect an integration at any time, after which the synchronised data is deleted
10. Automatic actions
The platform can, on your behalf:
- Send SMS reminders and confirmations to your customers
- Send emails (reports, follow-ups, sequences)
- Create bookings via the chatbot
- Generate reports based on your data
You are responsible for making sure that your customers have given appropriate consent to receive communication. You can disable automatic actions in the settings at any time.
11. Intellectual property rights
- Online Erhverv owns all rights to the platform, the code, the design and the branding
- You own your own data (FAQ content, customer data, integration data)
- You may not copy, distribute or reverse-engineer the platform
12. Limitation of liability
- The platform is provided "as is". We do not guarantee specific results (leads, revenue, bookings)
- We are not liable for indirect loss, loss of profit, loss of data or consequential damage
- Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid in the last 12 months
- The limitations above do not apply where Danish law prevents it
13. Breach
We can suspend or close your account in the event of material breach, including: misuse of the platform, violation of these terms, non-payment for more than 30 days, or activities that harm other users or our systems.
14. Personal data
The processing of personal data is described in our Privacy policy. When you process your customers' data via the platform, our Data processing agreement applies.
15. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Danish law. Disputes are settled by the Danish courts, subject to the reservations that follow from mandatory consumer rules.
16. Changes
We can change these terms with reasonable notice. Material changes are notified by email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
