From Apacta to Online Erhverv
Customers and jobs can be fetched from Apacta with your API key. Open quotes, unpaid invoices and past hours you import from a file.

From Apacta to Online Erhverv. Anything that cannot be fetched with an API key, you export as a file.

Via API = fetched with your API key. File = export from your current system and import as Excel or CSV.
- Hours are not fetched over the connection. If you need past hours, you export them as a file.
- The connection to Apacta is built from Apacta’s own description of their API and tested against a copy of that format. It has not yet been tried against a real Apacta account. If you are the first, we sit with you while you fetch.
The import has been tested with our own test files, built like the export files we know. We have not yet run a real export file from Apacta, Ordrestyring or Minuba through it. Feel free to send us your file before you switch, and we will look at it with you.
How to move from Apacta
- Sign upFree for 90 days, without a payment card.
- Find your API key in ApactaIt is only used to fetch your customers and jobs. If you cannot find it, we help on the onboarding call.
- Fetch customers and jobsIn Import you choose Apacta, paste the key and see how many customers and jobs there are before you fetch them.
- Import the rest from a fileOpen quotes, unpaid invoices and past hours you export from Apacta and import as Excel or CSV.
- Run side by sideUse both systems during the trial until you feel confident about moving.
You see it before it is saved
The app guesses which columns are what. You correct it, choose whether the prices include or exclude VAT, and only then is anything saved.

The first 90 days are free, and you sign up without a payment card. You can run the new system alongside the old one until you feel confident.

Are you connected to Apacta?
We can fetch your customers and jobs from Apacta with your API key, once, when you move. It is an import, not an ongoing connection between the two systems.
Do my hours come with me from Apacta?
Not over the connection. If you need them, you can export them as a file and import them. They are marked as already paid, so they do not end up in a payroll run again.
Do I have to stop using my old system straight away?
No. You can run both during the trial and move when you are ready. Check your notice period in the agreement with your current system yourself.
What happens to my data if I stop again?
Your data is yours. You can export it, and if you stop, it is kept for 12 months in case you want to start again.
