Can the AI estimate a painting job from a phone call alone?
The AI can give a price estimate by asking about the number of rooms, m² and whether priming is needed. A final quote requires a site visit — but the customer gets a figure right away, and you avoid wasting time on the ones who are only "asking".
Do you keep track of colour codes from Flügger, Jotun or Sadolin?
Yes. We have a database of every Danish paint supplier — you save the colour code per customer, and the AI can automatically order straight from Flügger, Jotun or Sadolin when you start the job.
Can the AI send colour samples to the customer before the site visit?
Yes. Once a customer has booked a site visit, the AI can send an automatic text flow: "We're meeting Wednesday — would you like some colour samples sent out? Pick up to 3 here: [link]". Most customers say yes.
How does the system handle exterior painting jobs in the rain?
The AI syncs with the DMI weather service and automatically suggests a new time if rain is on the way. The customer is notified, and you get alternative dates. You decide for yourself whether to move the time.
Can I integrate with an existing order system like Mira or Maler-data?
Yes. We offer CSV export and direct integration with most Danish painting systems. You can also use our own system if you want everything in one place.

Can the AI remember colour codes per customer across several visits?
Yes. Each customer has a profile with previous jobs, colour codes, materials and notes. When the customer calls again 3 years later, the AI can say "same colour as last time — Flügger 12345?". It often impresses customers.
