Pricing brain

"You usually charge DKK X." — so you never sell too cheap

The system learns your typical sales prices from accepted quotes and suggests the price next time. You see the gross margin per job in real time and get a warning if GM1 drops below 10%.

Mileage

Mileage with tax relief — straight into payroll

Log your trips (from, to, km, which job) and the mileage is rolled into the payroll run at the right rate (DKK 4.05/km, 2026). The deduction follows along — no spreadsheets.

The difference

From forgotten materials and guessed prices to control over stock and margin

Sådan er det i dag

  • Receipts pile up in the van and get typed up in the evening
  • You guess what you usually charge for an item
  • You get to site and discover the fittings have run out
  • Materials get left off the invoice — that is your own margin gone
  • You only find out afterwards whether the job made a profit

Med Online Erhverv

  • Snap the receipt — the AI reads it and books it in 7 seconds
  • The pricing brain suggests your own typical sales price
  • The low-stock alert speaks up before anything runs out
  • Materials stay tied to the job and land on the invoice

It used to be receipts in the glovebox and prices I guessed at. Now I snap the photo at the till, and in the evening I can see exactly what each job made. I have raised my prices, because I can finally SEE the margin.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

The questions tradespeople ask most before getting started. Missing yours? Call or write — you’ll talk to a real person who knows the trade.

Still unsure?

Frederik will happily show you what it would look like for your business — free, no sales talk.

Can I scan a supplier receipt and have it booked?

Yes. Snap a photo of the receipt from, say, Sanistal, Stark or XL-Byg — the AI reads the invoice number, date, amount, VAT and line items, matches them against your catalogue and books it to Dinero, Billy or e-conomic. You approve.

Which suppliers can the AI read receipts from?

It reads PDF, JPG and photo from any supplier and matches the items via EAN/SKU or fuzzy name. The product catalogue has SKUs for Stark, XL-Byg, Davidsen, Bauhaus, Solar and Sanistal.

Can I manage stock in the vans?

Yes. A product catalogue with stock locations for workshop, service vans (with registration number) and sites, each on their own, with a low-stock alert when something is running out.

Can I see historic purchase prices and get notified of price increases?

Yes. The system stores historic purchase prices per product and supplier and gives you an alert if a price rises by more than 5%.

How do I know whether I am making money on a job?

You see the gross margin per job in real time (materials + hours + mileage against what is invoiced) and get a warning if GM1 drops below 10%.

How does mileage get into the payroll?

You log your trips (from, to, km, which job) and the mileage is rolled into the payroll run at the right rate (DKK 4.05/km, 2026). The deduction follows along — no spreadsheets.
